One small lot, selected once and never repeated. Each release is an exceptional Ugandan harvest we couldn't keep to ourselves — and when it's gone, it's gone.
Every so often a lot comes across the cupping table that doesn't belong in the regular range. Too small to build a product around. Too good to blend away. Aromatica Reserve is where those go.
Each release is a single lot from one Ugandan farm, chosen because it does something our other coffees don't — an unusual process, a standout harvest, a microclimate that only yields a few hundred pounds a year. We roast each lot to suit itself rather than to a house profile, so the roast level shifts from one release to the next.
